Money Bank is EMPTY but the Memory Bank is FULL

Teaching around the world has been interesting to say the least. But those interesting jobs don't pay squat. So early in your misguided career you have to decide what is more important to you, Money or Experience. I chose Experience because I knew I couldn't take it with me.

I remember being in the waiting lounge at the airport with Ex-wife #1 waiting to go to Hawaii. We were talking with this elderly couple and they asked us where we were going. "We're going to Hawaii to live on the Beach." They told us that was a great thing to do while we were young and that we should not wait until we were old to where we couldn't really do anything because of our age. It seemed like good advice so we went off on our ill-fated Month Long Journey to discovery of the fact that being a Beachcomber is not all it's cracked up to be. But, it was a start to the life I had chosen.

It wasn't until ten years later that I found out how to go places and exist simply by teaching English when I went to Costa Rica. Of course, at this time I was no longer with Ex-wife #1. Whew!
